The HUD 202 PRAC rental assistance program is designed to meet the needs of people with various levels of income. Under the program, a resident will pay approximately 30% of their adjusted income as rent; often rent is low as $25 a month. Our qualified staff will provide application forms and answer any questions you may have.

Senior Living

Our spacious Studio and 1-bedroom apartments boast fully equipped kitchens, updated bathrooms and central heat and AC. Each building has its own laundry facilities. Seniors enjoy the beautiful flower and vegetable garden with lots of flowers and veggies tended by residents.

Management & Security

Our on-site management and maintenance personnel are ready to assist you in any way possible to ensure your comfort and security. Your family is important to us, you can rest assured with our 24-hour emergency maintenance. We also have a 12/7 security service. Security will be on the property 7 days a week from 3:00pm-3:00am.
